Product Description
ISO Certified Factory Direct High-Durability Aluminum Alloy Roof Tile Bracket for Solar Panels - Corrosion-Resistant & Lightweight Mounting Solution
This product is a high-strength aluminum alloy roof tile bracket directly supplied by an ISO 9001 certified factory, designed specifically for the installation of solar panels on tile roofs. Made of 6005-T5 aluminum alloy material, the surface has undergone anodizing treatment (AA15 grade), which can resist extreme weather and salt spray corrosion. It is perfectly compatible with various roof types such as clay tiles, cement tiles, and metal tiles, and is compatible with single/double glass components (power ≤ 550W), providing a safe and durable support solution for home and commercial rooftop photovoltaic systems.
Product advantages
1.Super weather resistance
Corrosion resistance: The thickness of the anodized layer is ≥ 15 μ m, and it has passed the ISO 9227 salt spray test (3000 hours without corrosion), with a lifespan of up to 30 years.
Wind and earthquake resistance: The support structure has passed wind load testing (60m/s wind speed) and meets the seismic requirements of earthquake zone (level 8).
2.Lightweight and Roof Protection
The weight is only one-third of the galvanized steel bracket (1.8kg/set), reducing the roof's load-bearing pressure.
Non destructive installation: patented fixture design, no need to drill holes or damage the roof waterproof layer.
3.Quick installation and compatibility
Pre installed buckles and standardized components allow for the installation of 20-30 sets per person per day, saving 50% of labor hours.
Suitable for mainstream brand tiles (such as Boral, Monier) and photovoltaic modules (Longi, Jinko).
4.Environmental Protection and Sustainability
100% recyclable aluminum material, with a production energy consumption 95% lower than steel, in compliance with EU RoHS standards.

Installation steps
1. Roof inspection
Confirm the tile type and load-bearing capacity (≥ 1.2kN/m ²), and clean the installation area.
2. Fixture fixation
Insert the aluminum alloy fixture into the tile joint and tighten it with stainless steel bolts (torque 10-12N · m).
3. Installation of guide rails
Insert the horizontal guide rail into the fixture slot, adjust the level, and lock the positioning screw.
4. Fixing of photovoltaic panels
Use matching pressure blocks to fix the components on the guide rail, with a spacing of ≤ 40cm to prevent deformation.
5. Acceptance testing
Check the torque of all connection points and simulate wind load shaking test (amplitude ≤ 3mm).

FAQ
Q1: Why choose aluminum alloy instead of stainless steel bracket?
A: Aluminum alloy is lighter (reducing roof load), has better salt spray resistance (doubling coastal lifespan), and has a 30% lower cost.
Q2: Is it compatible with curved tiles (such as Spanish tube tiles)?
A: support! Provide customized arc-shaped fixtures (MOQ 500 sets), suitable for tiles with a curvature radius ≥ 150mm.
Q3: Does installation affect roof warranty?
A: The fixture design that does not require drilling will not damage the original roof structure, and most tile manufacturers accept this installation method.
Q4: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Delivery Time?
A: MOQ 1, 000 sets, regular orders can be delivered within 15 days, supporting mixed batch customization (different colors/sizes).
Q5: How to ensure installation compliance?
A: Provide relevant structural certification reports, installation videos, and local building code adaptation guidelines (such as AS/NZS 1170).
