This product is a single axis solar bracket system designed specifically for large-scale ground photovoltaic power stations. It has passed ISO 9001, CE, and RoHS certifications and is suitable for projects ranging from 100kW to 100MW. Adopting high-strength galvanized steel (AZ150) and intelligent tracking drive technology, the tilt angle adjustment range is ± 45 °, improving power generation efficiency by 25% to 35%. Installation steps

1. Foundation construction

Spiral pile or concrete foundation (depth ≥ 1.2m), spacing 4-6m (depending on soil bearing capacity).

2. Assembly of columns and beams

Assemble pre galvanized columns and beams, tighten bolts (torque 30-35N · m).

3. Driver system installation

Install motors, reducers, and tracking sensors, and debug the PLC control system.

4. Component fixation and debugging

Fix the double-sided components with pressure blocks and test the tracking angle accuracy (error ≤ 1 °).
