This product is a hot-dip galvanized ground single axis solar bracket system designed specifically for large ground power stations. It uses Q235/355B steel and hot-dip galvanizing process, and has passed ISO and CE certification. Its salt spray corrosion resistance life is ≥ 30 years. Support single axis automatic tracking (± 45 ° tilt angle adjustment), compatible with double-sided components (≤ 670W), compatible with high corrosion environments such as deserts, hills, and coasts, with an annual power generation increase of 25% to 35%. The modular structure supports rapid deployment and is suitable for projects ranging from 100kW to 100MW, providing OEM/ODM customization services.

3. Drive system integration

Install tracking motor and PLC controller, debug tilt accuracy (error ≤ 0.5 °).

4. Component fixation and acceptance

Fix the double-sided components with pressure blocks and simulate wind load testing (lateral tension ≥ 50kg).
