Jchx's single axis series solar tracking system has a distributed actuation architecture, enabling each row to be independently controlled by its own motor with the tracking method "Astronomical algorithm + closed-loop control". The system is accurate and reliable, has a real-time closed-loop feedback tracking angle, and automatic tracking, without the need for human intervention.

Installation steps
1. Foundation construction
Spiral pile or concrete foundation (depth ≥ 1.2m), spacing 4-6m (depending on soil bearing capacity).
2. Assembly of columns and beams
Assemble pre galvanized columns and beams, tighten bolts (torque 30-35N · m).
3. Driver system installation
Install motors, reducers, and tracking sensors, and debug the PLC control system.
4. Component fixation and debugging
Fix the double-sided components with pressure blocks and test the tracking angle accuracy (error ≤ 1 °).
