Aluminum Alloy Standing Seam Metal Roof Mounting Brackets is a lightweight photovoltaic bracket system designed specifically for upright lock edge metal roofs. It uses high-strength aluminum alloy materials and modular snap on structures, and is compatible with various types of upright lock edge roof panels (wave height 25-75mm). The product is quickly installed through non penetrating fixtures and self-locking bolts, avoiding damage to the roof waterproof layer. It is suitable for industrial and commercial plants, warehousing and logistics centers, and agricultural photovoltaic integration projects.

1. High performance materials and corrosion resistance

Installation and maintenance
Installation process
Roof survey: Measure the height, spacing, and slope of the vertical locking ribs to confirm that the drainage path is unobstructed.
Fixture pre fixation: Insert the aluminum alloy fixture into the locking rib valley of the roof panel, and use a torque wrench to lock the self tapping nail (torque value 8-10N · m).
Leveling of guide rail: Adjust the levelness of the guide rail through adjustable support feet (error ≤ 1.5mm/m), and reserve 3mm expansion joints at longitudinal connections.
Component crimping: T-block is used to fix the photovoltaic panel, avoiding stress concentration on the frame. The recommended torque is 6-8N · m.
Maintenance Guide
Periodic inspection: Check the clamping status of the fixture before and after the rainy season every year, and remove dust and fallen leaves from the lock edge ribs and valleys.
Anti corrosion treatment: If local oxidation is found, sandpaper can be used to polish it and spray it with Eternalloy ® Zinc aluminum coating repair.
