Installation steps

Assemble HDG galvanized columns and dust-proof crossbeams, tighten bolts (torque 30-35N · m).
3. Sealing system integration
Install IP68 motor and dust cover, debug PLC tracking program.
4. Component fixation and testing
Fix the double-sided components with pressure blocks and simulate a sand and dust environment for operation testing (72 hours without any faults).
