Step 1: Foundation preparation
Ground installation: pour a concrete foundation and pre-bury the anchor bolts.
Step 2: Column assembly
Insert the columns into the foundation, calibrate the verticality with a level, tighten the ground nuts (torque 20-25N-m).
Step 3: Crossbeam and panel fixing
Install the crossbeam to the column slot, and fix the panel with stainless steel bolts (recommended spacing of 5cm for heat dissipation).
Step 4: Angle adjustment
Loosen the tilt angle adjusting bolt, set the best angle and lock it (refer to the local latitude ±10°).

Safety Warning: Wind speed needs to be less than 10m/s during installation to avoid the risk of working at height.
Maintenance advice: check bolt tightness annually, fresh water rinsing for salt deposits is recommended for coastal areas.
