Product Description
The zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated solar metal roof bracket is specially designed for metal roofs (such as upright lock edges, corrugated panels, trapezoidal panels, etc.). It adopts innovative zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy coating (Zn-Al-Mg, composition ratio Zn+5-11%Al+2-3%Mg), and forms a dense protective layer (coating thickness ≥15μm) through advanced continuous hot-dip coating process. The coating has self-healing properties and can resist extreme corrosive environments (such as acid rain, salt spray, industrial pollution), and is suitable for harsh scenes such as high humidity, coastal areas, and chemical plants. The bracket system provides clamping or penetration installation solutions, supports 5°~35° tilt adjustment, is compatible with mainstream solar panel models, takes into account lightweight and ultra-high durability, and has a design life of up to 30 years+.

Product Advantage
1. Super corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating (Zn-Al-Mg) is 3-5 times that of traditional galvanizing. It has passed the ISO 9227 salt spray test for ≥2000 hours without red rust, and its service life is more than 30 years.
2. Lightweight and high-strength design
Compared with hot-dip galvanized steel, the weight is reduced by 20%, the strength is increased by 15%, the static load is ≥5500Pa (about 560kg/m²), and the wind resistance level is ≥160km/h.
3. Self-repair and scratch resistance
The zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating can self-repair through the oxide film at slight scratches to avoid the spread of rust, which is suitable for the friction environment during transportation and installation.
4. Environmental protection and energy saving
The production energy consumption is reduced by 30%, the coating is non-toxic and 100% recyclable, and it meets the RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards.
5. All-weather adaptability
High temperature resistance (-40°C~120°C), UV aging resistance, suitable for desert, freeze-thaw, coastal and other changeable climates.
6. Quick installation compatibility
Pre-drilled guide rail and universal clamp design, suitable for mainstream brands such as S-5 and Clenergy, installation efficiency increased by 30%.

Installation Instructions
Step by step guide:
1. Tool preparation: torque spanner (with preset value), special cutting tool for zinc-aluminium-magnesium coating (to avoid coating damage), EPDM waterproof gasket, silicone sealant, laser level.
2. Roof Inspection and Planning
Confirm metal roof type (e.g. upright locking height, crest pitch), coating integrity and load-bearing capacity (≥25kg/m²), plan to avoid drainage paths.
3. Fixture positioning and installation
Clamping type: Use zinc-aluminium-magnesium coating fixture to snap into the joints of vertical locking edges, and lock it according to the torque value (e.g. 18-22Nm) to avoid the coating peeling off due to over squeezing.
Penetration type: Install the zinc-aluminium-magnesium base after drilling, add EPDM gasket and apply silicone adhesive to ensure multi-layer sealing.
4. Guide rail assembly and fixing
Connect the zinc-aluminium-magnesium coated guide rail to the fixture, use stainless steel bolts to fix it, and use the coated special cutting blade to reduce the oxidation of the edges when cutting.
5. Angle adjustment and reinforcement
Set the optimal angle (recommended local latitude ±5°) through the adjustable bracket, and add wind-resistant cable after locking (optional).
6.Solar panel mounting
Use stainless steel clamps without chlorine rubber gaskets to fix the panels to avoid metal contact leading to galvanic corrosion.
7.Sealing and Acceptance
Apply adhesive twice at the penetration point, carry out 24-hour drenching test, and check whether the torque value of all connection points is in accordance with the specification.
Safety Tips:
Wear goggles when cutting or drilling to prevent zinc, aluminium and magnesium coating debris from splashing.
Avoid dragging heavy objects on coated surfaces and use non-slip mats to protect the integrity of the coating.

FAQ
Q1: What is the difference between Zn-Al-Mg coating and traditional galvanising?
A: Zinc-Aluminium-Magnesium (Zn-Al-Mg) coating forms a more dense oxide film through the synergistic effect of ternary alloys, which is significantly better than traditional galvanising (G90) in terms of corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and self-repairing ability, and extends the service life by more than 2 times.
Q2: Is it suitable for coastal areas with high salt spray?
A: Yes, the zinc-aluminium-magnesium coating is certified to ISO 9227 Class C5 (very high corrosive environments), and is especially recommended for coastal and chemical plant areas.
Q3: Will installation damage the coating?
A: Damage can be avoided by using special tools (e.g. coating protection cutting blades) and standardised operation, and minor scratches can be prevented from rusting by the self-repairing function of the coating.
Q4: How long is the warranty period of the bracket system?
A: Zinc-aluminium-magnesium coated structure is guaranteed for 30 years, and waterproof accessories are guaranteed for 12 years with third-party TÜV SÜD durability certification report.
Q5: Do I need to maintain the coating regularly?
A: No special maintenance is required, regular cleaning of surface debris is sufficient; if serious scratches (exposed iron base), can be repaired by spraying zinc-aluminium-magnesium repair paint.
Q6:Maximum snow load and wind load?
A: Static load ≥ 5500Pa (about 560kg/m²), wind resistance ≥ 160km/h (in accordance with AS/NZS 1170.2).
Q7: Is it compatible with all metal roof types?
A: It is compatible with Standing Seam, Trapezoidal and other mainstream types. A roof profile is required to confirm the suitability of the fixture.
Q8: Is the coating environmentally friendly?
A: Yes, the zinc-aluminium-magnesium coating is chrome-free and lead-free, and the production and recycling process complies with the European Union ELV Directive and China GB/T 27688 standard.
Q9: Can it be installed on an existing galvanised roof?
A: Yes, but you need to ensure that the fixture is compatible with the roof material (to avoid galvanic corrosion), and it is recommended to use insulating gaskets to isolate the different metals.
Q10: Do I need a professional team for installation?
A: Clamping solutions can be DIY but need to follow strict torque specifications; penetration installations are recommended to be carried out by a certified team to ensure tightness.
