Product Description

This product is a customized hot-dip galvanized single axis solar tracking bracket system, designed specifically for large ground power stations and industrial and commercial projects. It uses Q355B high-strength steel and hot-dip galvanizing process (zinc layer ≥ 65 μ m), and has passed ISO 1461 and CE certification, with a corrosion resistance life of up to 30 years. Support single axis automatic tracking (± 45 ° tilt adjustment), compatible with double-sided components and complex terrain, increasing power generation by 25% to 35%, suitable for extreme environments such as deserts, coasts, and permafrost.

Installation steps

1. Foundation construction

Spiral pile (frozen soil/sand) or concrete foundation (rock/clay), depth ≥ 1.5m.

2. Assembly of main structure

Splicing hot-dip galvanized columns and beams, tightening bolts (torque 35-40N · m).

3. Driver system installation

Install the motor, gearbox, and tracking controller, and debug the PLC program.

4. Components and Debugging

Fix the double-sided components with aluminum alloy pressure blocks and test the tracking accuracy (error ≤ 0.5 °).
