Foundation survey:

Main beam assembly:
Insert the prefabricated main beam into the base sleeve and tighten the bolts with a torque of 150N · m ± 10%.
Calibration level error (laser rangefinder ≤ 2mm).
Component installation:
Install the guide rail and photovoltaic panel, ensuring that the distance error between the module frame and the guide rail is ≤ 1mm.
System debugging:
Connect the PLC controller and calibrate the initial tilt angle and tracking sensitivity (accuracy ± 0.5 °).
Maintenance suggestion:

Monthly inspection:
