This product is cement pile foundation aluminum alloy PV rail roof mounting system, specially designed for ground and rooftop PV power stations, combining the solidity of cement pile foundation with the lightweight characteristics of aluminum alloy, which is suitable for the harsh environment of high wind and snow load, salt spray corrosion and other severe environments. Adopting 6063-T5 anodized aluminum alloy rail and SUS304 stainless steel fixture combination, fixed by cement pile foundation pre-buried or screw ground pile, the maximum load capacity of a single group is up to 80kg, and has passed the test of 60m/s wind speed (grade 17 typhoon) and 2.5kN/m² snow load verification. The system supports 5°-35° tilt angle adjustment, is compatible with single/double-glass modules and bifacial PV panels, and is suitable for 3-200kW PV systems, combining a service life of more than 30 years with fast modular installation.
