This product adopts Zinc Aluminum Magnesium coated steel as the core material, designed for harsh environments such as high humidity, high salt spray, strong UV rays, etc. It is suitable for metal tiles, asphalt shingles, flat roofs and other scenarios. The bracket system is compatible with single/double-glazed modules and double-sided PV panels through non-penetrating clamping/ballasted mounting, and supports 0°-45° tilt angle mounting and fixing, adapting to different latitude and light requirements.The self-repairing performance of the ZnAlMg coating can cover the cut section to form a protective film, and the corrosion resistance is 5-10 times higher than that of the traditional hot-dip galvanized steel, which has passed the test of 60m/s wind (grade 17 typhoon) and 2.5m/s wind (grade 2 typhoon). Certified to 60m/s wind speed test (category 17 typhoon) and 2.0kN/m² snow load, it combines 30 years of maintenance free with a 40% reduction in total life cycle cost.
