Corrosion Resistant Aluminum Alloy Solar Mounting Brackets is a customized photovoltaic bracket system designed specifically for Klip Lok metal roofs.   Installation steps

1. Roof evaluation

Check the integrity and load-bearing capacity of the tiles (≥ 1.2kN/m ²), and mark the installation position.

2. Fixture fixation

Insert the aluminum alloy fixture into the tile gap and press it to the locking position (with a "click" sound prompt).

3. Assembly of guide rails

Insert the pre installed transverse guide rail, adjust the level and lock the positioning bolt (torque 8-10N · m).

4. Component installation

Fix the photovoltaic panel with stainless steel pressure blocks, leaving a 5mm expansion gap.

5. System acceptance

Test the wind resistance pull-out force (≥ 50kg) and check the grounding resistance (≤ 4 Ω).

Installation process
