The application scope of ground photovoltaic brackets mainly includes the following categories:
Large scale ground photovoltaic power station: This type of bracket is used for large-scale ground photovoltaic power stations, usually built in areas with abundant light resources, vast land, and relatively flat terrain, such as deserts, wastelands, or large idle industrial land. These power stations need to withstand large external forces such as wind and snow loads, so they generally use materials with high strength, such as hot-dip galvanized steel. There are various structural forms of brackets, with common ones being fixed tilt angle brackets. The optimal tilt angle is determined based on factors such as local latitude to ensure that photovoltaic modules can receive sunlight to the maximum extent possible.
Distributed ground photovoltaic system: mainly used for small-scale distributed ground photovoltaic power generation projects, such as small open spaces in industrial parks, idle land in rural areas, etc. This type of bracket system is relatively flexible, and in addition to fixed tilt brackets, tracking brackets may also be used. The tracking bracket can automatically adjust the angle according to the position of the sun, so that the photovoltaic modules are always facing the sun, thereby improving power generation efficiency. However, the cost of tracking brackets is higher and the technical requirements are more complex, so their application in distributed ground systems requires a comprehensive consideration of both costs and benefits.
Floating photovoltaic bracket: mainly used on water surfaces such as lakes and reservoirs with a wide water area. Floating photovoltaic brackets float photovoltaic modules on the water surface through floating bodies, which can effectively utilize water space and reduce the occupation of land resources. This bracket system is suitable for areas with abundant water resources and can fully utilize water resources for power generation.
