- All C-channel components receive hot-dip galvanized treatment as standard, with the option for additional Zn-Al-Mg coated steel for extra harsh environments (coastal areas, chemical plants, or agricultural sites). Because our system uses no welding, there are no weld burns that strip away the coating a common failure point in welded structures. - Our directly insert adjustable posts are specifically designed for uneven and sloping terrain where concrete foundations would require expensive land grading. The system works well on rocky soil (with pre-drilling), sandy soil, reclaimed land, and agricultural fields. For extremely loose soil, we offer optional ground screw extensions for added stability.
