Interlocking Mounting Aluminum IBR Solar Brackets is a lightweight photovoltaic bracket system designed specifically for corrugated metal sheet roofs (IBR Roofs). It uses high-strength aluminum alloy materials and modular interlocking structures to quickly install solar panels and adapt to different specifications of IBR roof waveforms. The system reduces the need for punching holes and protects the roof waterproof layer through a snap on connection design, making it suitable for distributed photovoltaic projects in household, industrial, commercial, and agricultural scenarios.

1. Lightweight and corrosion resistance

Material properties: Made of 6063-T5/6005 aluminum alloy, weighing only 1/3 of steel, with a tensile strength of ≥ 160MPa, surface anodized treatment can resist salt spray corrosion (C5-M level standard), suitable for high corrosion environments such as coastal areas and industrial zones.
Structural optimization: The biomimetic corrugated interlocking design conforms to the IBR roof waveform, reducing wind resistance and improving wind resistance (able to withstand wind speeds of 60m/s).

2. Quick installation and compatibility

Non perforated installation: Non penetrating fixation is achieved through pre-set card slots and self-locking bolts, avoiding damage to the roof waterproof layer and increasing installation efficiency by 40%.

3. Stability and adjustability

Installation and maintenance
Installation process
Roof survey: Measure IBR waveform parameters (wave height, wave distance) to confirm roof load-bearing capacity and drainage path.
Pre installation of bracket: Insert the interlocking base into the valley of the roof, fix it horizontally with self-locking bolts, and ensure that the distance between adjacent bases is ≤ 1.2m.
Rail leveling: Align the rail level with adjustable support legs (error ≤ 2mm/m), and tighten the anti loosening nut.
Component installation: Use T-bolts to press the photovoltaic panel onto the guide rail, with torque controlled at 6-8 N · m.
Maintenance Guide
Regular inspection: Check the bolt fastening status and guide rail deformation after the flood season every year, clean the accumulated dust in the valley to prevent drainage blockage.
Corrosion treatment: If local oxidation is found, it can be repaired by sanding with sandpaper and spraying a zinc aluminum coating.
