1. Why aluminium alloy? What are the advantages over steel?
Lightweight: aluminium alloy weighs only 1/3 of steel, reducing transport and installation costs.
Corrosion resistance: naturally oxidation-resistant, no need for galvanisation, suitable for high humidity, saline areas and marine environments.
Waterproof design: Structural sealing treatment prevents rainwater infiltration causing damage to the components.
2. How is waterproof performance guaranteed?
Integrated drainage channel design and silicone sealing gaskets are used to ensure that the joints and connections are completely waterproof (IP68 rating).
All screw holes are pre-installed with waterproof rubber plugs to avoid water corrosion.
